Frances Thornton Washington (1763β1815) was the daughter of Charles Washington, who was the youngest brother of George Washington. Charles Washington was the son of Augustine Washington, a British-American planter and slave owner who lived from 1694 to 1743. George Washington, the first President of the United States, was also the son of Augustine Washington.
