Introduction
Jiang Kun was born in Hong Kong and entered the entertainment circle in her early years through ATV’s artiste training class. At her debut, because of her looks resembling Brigitte Lin, she was highly promoted by ATV and dubbed the “Brigitte Lin look-alike.”
Before entering the industry, Jiang Kun dated actor Tang Zhenye. In 1993, after becoming pregnant out of wedlock, they registered and married, and they had a daughter and twin sons, Tang Junci and Tang Junyao. In 2001, Jiang Kun and Tang Zhenye divorced, and since then she has not publicly remarried or disclosed her dating status.
As of 2022, media reports on her recent photos still mention her resemblance to Brigitte Lin.
