Jie Zizheng

Jie Zizheng, whose date of birth is not known, is currently the Vice President of Zhongzhi Enterprise Group and also serves as the Chairman of Zhonghai Shengrong (Beijing) Capital Management Group. Jie Zizheng is the nephew of Jie Zhixun, who passed away in December 2021. Within the Zhongzhi system, Jie Zizheng holds management responsibilities and oversees key departments of the group, including Human Resources and Risk Control.

During his career, Jie Zizheng has been involved in matters related to the funeral committee of Zhongzhi since December 2021. Since November 2022, he also serves as a director of Zhongtai Chuangzhan Holdings and Northwest Mining. In May 2023, Jie Zizheng was appointed both as Vice President of Zhongzhi Enterprise Group and Chairman of Zhonghai Shengrong (Beijing) Capital Management Group.

After the death of Jie Zhixun, Liu Yang took over the overall management of the Zhongzhi system, while Jie Zizheng, as a former management team member, continued to perform his duties. The group's core focus gradually shifted to asset downsizing and risk mitigation, with Jie Zizheng, as Vice President responsible for risk control, playing an important role in this process. As of March 2024, Jie Zizheng still holds management positions within the Zhongzhi system, primarily responsible for corporate strategic management and risk control.
