Dong Lianghui

This individual was born in 1961 and studied at Xi'an Military Telecommunications Engineering College from 1961 to 1962. Later, he transferred to Peking University to study Chinese language and literature, earning a degree in the field.

In terms of military service, he enlisted in 1961 and served as a cadet at the People's Liberation Army Communications Army Engineering College. Additionally, he served as chief editor of "Stories of Old Red Scarves" and "Stories of Celebrities and Books" (as deputy editor).

Politically, he served as a member of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

Regarding family relations, his father is Dong Buwei, and his mother is He Lianzhi. His spouse is Zhang Lili.
