Carlton Rogers Harmon

Carlton Rogers Harmon was born in 1842 and is the son of Ruth Haywood Rogers, who lived from 1809 to 1887, and Emma Cornelia Harmon, who lived from 1841 to 1915. Ruth Haywood Rogers was the mother of Frances Cleveland, who served as First Lady of the United States during the presidential terms of Grover Cleveland from 1886 to 1889 and from 1893 to 1897. Grover Cleveland was the President of the United States during those periods.
