Alice Ho

He Chaoxin was born in 1999 in Hong Kong. She is the daughter of Macau's gambling king Ho Hung San and Leung An Kei. At the age of 12, she went to study in the UK and was admitted to Cambridge University with excellent grades. Ultimately, she chose to attend the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and graduated in 2021. She then continued her studies at Tsinghua University, pursuing her master's degree. After graduating in 2022, she became the Chief Youth Officer of the Global Youth Climate Alliance and actively participated in international forums and events.

He Chaoxin comes from an influential family; her father is a renowned casino magnate in Macau, and her mother was a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).
