Introduction
He Shuo Gongque Chang Princess, born on January 19, 1654, during the hour of Zi. She was born in the 12th lunar month, the second year of the Shunzhi Emperor's reign, into the imperial family. Her mother was Consort Yang, a concubine, and she was the emperor's second daughter. At birth, she was the imperial second daughter and lived with her parents in the palace. During the Kangxi era, she was initially titled He Shuo Gong Princess. In February of the sixth year of Kangxi (1667), Princess He Shuo was betrothed to N'erdu and married within the same month. Her husband's uncle, Ao Bai, was one of the chief state counselors at the time and was later granted the title of Gongque Chang Princess. The Chang Princess passed away in October of the twenty-fourth year of Kangxi, at the age of thirty-three.
