Introduction
Liaosu King Zhu Gui, born in 1399 and died in 1471, was the third Lia King of the Ming Dynasty, the illegitimate fourth son of King Jian, Zhu Zhi. In the first year of the Jianwen reign (1399), he was granted the title of Xingshan Prince. In the fourth year of the Zhengtong era (1439), due to the deposition of his second brother, King Lia Zhu Guyan, and the subsequent disqualification of his third brother, Prince Yuan'an Zhu Guaixie, he was officially recognized and granted the title of King of Lia. He reigned for 32 years until his death in 1471. Two years later, his son Zhu Haotan succeeded him as the next Lia King.
