Zhu Heping (born 1952), Han Chinese from Yilong, Sichuan, is an expert in early warning and electronic warfare, a senior engineer, and a doctoral supervisor. He is a Major General in the Chinese Air Force and a member of the 11th and 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. He is the direct grandson of Marshal Zhu De, the commander-in-chief of the People's Liberation Army.
