Wang Xuan

Wang Xuan, male, was born in Fushun City, Liaoning Province, in 1936. She passed away in Guangzhou on January 29, 2020, at the age of 102. She was a member of the Communist Party of China and held various government positions after the founding of the People's Republic of China. She served in important roles in Harbin City and Shenyang City, and as Vice Mayor and government advisor in Guangzhou.

Wang Xuan began working in November 1935 and joined the Communist Party of China in November 1936. After liberation, she served as Deputy Director of the Harbin Revolutionary Committee and as Vice Mayor of Shenyang City. Starting in the fall of 1983, Wang Xuan held positions in the Guangzhou city government, including advisor, Party Committee member, and Municipal Committee member, until her official retirement in April 1991.

As a veteran Red Army soldier and loyal member of the Chinese Communist Party, Wang Xuan demonstrated loyalty and dedication throughout her career. She was repeatedly tested and was evaluated as an excellent Communist Party member. Her career in Guangzhou showed extensive experience in political and administrative management, and she enjoyed provincial-level medical treatment as a retired cadre.

Wang Xuan was married to Ren Zhongyi. The couple took a photo together in Heshan City. Her family members include her eldest son Ren Nianqi, second son Ren Kening, third son Ren Kere, and daughter Ren Keying. Details about her family are limited; public reports mainly focus on her professional career and political contributions.

In 2020, Wang Xuan died after succumbing to illness. Her passing marked the loss of a veteran revolutionary with rich political experience, whose life spanned many phases of modern Chinese history.
