Introduction
Xu Taofang was born in 1982 in Shanghai, China, into a wealthy family. During high school, she went abroad to study in Singapore, majoring in Business Administration. While living in Singapore, she supported herself through tutoring work and discovered a broad market demand for anti-radiation maternity wear.
After returning to China, Xu Taofang chose to start her own business, relinquishing her "second-generation wealthy" status, and founded the "Tianxiang" brand specializing in anti-radiation clothing. Through precise marketing strategies, she successfully captured a major share of China's anti-radiation clothing market, and her brand gradually became an industry leader. Based on this success, Shanghai Tianxiang Industry Co., Ltd. was established, integrating science, industry, and trade. The company operates multiple subsidiaries, including Tianxiang Technology, Caiyuan Wool, Hennason Garments, Aldani Fashion, and Tianrui Enterprise Consulting.
In recognition of her achievements, she was named among Shanghai's Top Ten Youth Economic Figures in 2007, selected as one of China's Top Ten Influential Figures in the Textile and Apparel Industry in 2010, and awarded the title of "Emerging Talent of the Year" in the China Business Women's Elite Value List in 2011. Xu Taofang emphasizes innovation in corporate management, viewing market changes as the driving force for sustainable industry development, and encourages enterprises to continuously "eliminate" themselves to maintain competitiveness.
In her personal life, she held a wedding in Bali on July 12, 2015, marrying Jiang Kai. The entire wedding cost approximately 160 million RMB and was attended by friends and family. Additionally, Xu Taofang actively participates in social公益 activities, supporting disaster relief efforts and assisting orphans, impoverished families, and lonely seniors. She also encourages youth entrepreneurship, promoting startup projects on e-commerce platforms.
Her public roles include serving as a standing member of the Shanghai Municipal Youth Federation, vice chairman of the Zha Bei District Youth Federation, a standing member of the Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce, and vice president of the Shanghai Youth Entrepreneurs Association, among other social positions. She has received numerous honors, including being named one of Shanghai’s Top Ten Youth Economic Figures, a "March 8 Red Banner Bearer," and ranking 18th among Forbes’ "30 Under 30" entrepreneurs. While leading her company, she also focuses on social responsibility and公益事业, demonstrating her multifaceted social influence.
