David Kirkpatrick Este was a jurist born in Morristown, New Jersey, in October 1785 and died in Cincinnati, Ohio, on April 1, 1875. He was the son of a captain. He was married to Lucy Singleton Harrison, who was the daughter of William Henry Harrison, the 9th President of the United States. Lucy Singleton Harrison lived from 1800 to 1826.
