Catherine Gordon (1792β1866) was a noblewoman and the daughter of Catherine Cope, who was the granddaughter of Catherine Bishopp. Catherine Bishopp was the wife of Charles Jenkinson, 1st Earl of Liverpool, a British politician. Their son, Robert Jenkinson, 2nd Earl of Liverpool, served as the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1812 to 1827.
