Kang Zuoru's marriage to Wang Feng was fraught with difficulties. Despite the divorce, she still acknowledged Wang Feng's talent and hoped they could continue to regard each other as family. The two married in 2007 and welcomed a daughter in 2012; their once happy life became fragile due to Wang Feng's attitude.
