Introduction
The ninth daughter of Emperor Shizu (Hong Taiji), born in 1635 and died in 1652, her name is unknown. She was one of Emperor Shizu's daughters, her biological mother being Bureji Jirat, a concubine of the Eastern Palace. Her sixth sister was born from the same mother. Shortly after her birth, her mother was abandoned by her father. According to the etiquette of the Later Jin (Jurchen) at the time, as a princess of the royal family, she could be referred to as a Gege (a title for a princess or noblewoman). Her mother lost her official status within the household shortly after her birth, and historical records about her are limited. In September 1648, she married Hasang, who also belonged to the Bureji Jirat clan. The detailed process of the marriage, ceremonies, and interactions between the two families are not recorded in the historical materials. In 1651, her husband passed away. The following March, she also died at the age of 18. Throughout her life, she was never granted a formal title, which is related to the incomplete system of monarchial titles established in early Qing. The main records of her life are limited to her origin, maternal relations, marriage, and early death. Currently, there are no materials documenting her specific roles, studies, or activities within the court.
