Introduction
Huo Lili, the third daughter of Henry Fok Ying-tung and his wife Lyu Yanni, was born in Hong Kong and has always kept a very low profile.
She married Au Chun-luk (Ou Zhenlu), with whom she had children, though later reports suggest they divorced. Like her sisters, her husband was not a public figure, and little to no information about him exists online.
After Henry Fok’s passing, the Fok family became entangled in inheritance disputes, and Huo Lili was mentioned in later discussions concerning the division of assets, including issues related to the Nansha project under the Fok Foundation.
Despite the family’s wealth, the distributable assets were limited—around HK$2.2 billion in 2012—with Huo Lili reportedly receiving about HK$30 million. This, along with her low-profile lifestyle, reflects her reserved and private character, typical of the Fok family daughters.
