Maria North, Countess Of Guilford

Maria North, Countess of Guilford, was the wife of George North, the 3rd Earl of Guilford, who lived from 1762 to 1794. She is the daughter of Albinia Hobart, who was the Countess of Buckinghamshire from 1737/8 to 1816. Her family lineage includes Robert Hobart, the 4th Earl of Buckinghamshire, an Irish politician who lived from 1760 to 1816, and Sarah, Countess of Ripon, his daughter, who lived from 1793 to 1867. Sarah was married to F. J. Robinson, the 1st Viscount Goderich, who served as a British Prime Minister and politician from 1782 to 1859.
